The traffic has increased significantly since the gate to Templeton Avenue was closed in October. Traffic is frequently at a standstill. The children's playgrounds are near the road, especially the fairly new nursey playground at the front of the school. The school is very large with two more classes (year 3 & this years reception class) than the school was built for. Is it even safe to have a school so close to this toxic main road.? Parents approached pollution concerns in New Road with Ms Harrowell, but she isn't interested.
