Transport for London (TfL) has installed a state-of-the-art digital bus sign in Walthamstow Central bus station.
The ‘Bus Station Digital Sign’, displaying live bus arrival information, was unveiled at the beginning of the month.
The information is shown in a robust, secure and weather proofed structure, and will inform passengers of service disruptions affecting local routes to the bus station.
Simon Reed, TfL’s Head of technical services, said: “The Digital Sign technology is part of TfL’s continued commitment to make London’s transport network even more accessible by giving up-to-date and clear travel information to our passengers.”
