A college took part in an annual Fusion Food event with Hospitality Management students getting involved in a 'master chef' styled event aimed at producing fine dining cuisines themed around seafood.
Students of Mont Rose College, in Cranbrook Road, Ilford, designed a three-course set menu from concept and worked in groups to cook up a winning menu.
Member of Redbridge Chamber of Commerce, Geoffrey Hill, attended the event and was part of the judging panel.
Food was presented to the VIP guests and a winning group was awarded trophies and hampers.
Principal Bilal Sheikh said: "We at Mont Rose College offer more than just qualifications, we want students to walk away with practical skills needed in the industry that allows students to think about career progression and employment.”
