The talk took place at Gilwell Park.
More than 2,000 cubs and beavers were educated in fire safety at the weekend.
The six to 10-year-olds were educated by spokesmen from Chubb Fire and Security Limited at Gilwell Park in Bury Road, Waltham Abbey, on June 20 and 21.
The talk went towards helping the youngsters earn their fire safety badges.
Marketing and Communications Manager for Chubb Fire and Security Jane Garland said: "It’s great to see strong participation by Cubs and Beavers.
"They are enhancing their knowledge and understanding of fire safety to keep them safe both now and in the future."
