An inflatable obstacle course is being set up at Lea Valley White Water Centre, next month, for a family fun day.
An aquatic-themed event is being organised for July 19 with a BBQ, licensed bar and activities on the water.
The raging rapids, hydrospeeding and hot dog sessions will all available for guests, along with the chance to try an introductory canoeing session or challenge the inflatable water wipeout obstacle course.
Calum Ferris-Lay, Lee Valley White Water Centre Assistant Manager said: “There’s something for everyone at this fun day which we’re holding at the very height of summer.
“Rather than head to the crowded seaside visitors can soak up the atmosphere by venturing onto the white water rapids, racing over the water wipeout course or cooling down in a canoe on the lake.”
The Family Fun Day at Lee Valley White Water Centre will be held between 11am and 4pm.
Entry is free but there is a charge for water activity and pre-booking is recommended for white water activities to guarantee your place.
