People will gather to celebrate the end of Ramadan at the council's annual Eid event next week.
Eid-ul-Fitr which literally means ‘breaking the fast’ marks the end of Ramadan, the holy month of fasting, and is celebrated by Muslims across the globe.
There will be music and dance to celebrate the traditional day of forgiveness and unity at the Assembly Hall in Forest Road, Walthamstow on Thursday (July 23).
