Following a series of complaints from members of the public, the Services Manager launched an investigation.
An investigation into the disappearance of several dog litter bins has been launched.
The Loughton Town Council investigation was launched today prior to next week's (September 9) recreation committee meeting following a rise in the number of bins vanishing.
Several of the bins on Loughton Recreation Ground have been removed or decommissioned by the District Councils’ waste management contractor without any reference to councillors, Loughton Town Council has claimed.
Following a series of complaints from members of the public the council have taken action.
The Services Manager is due to provide an update at Wednesday's meeting.
