Hospital a saviour to mother and child

WE would like to express our utmost gratitude for the manner in which the maternity and doctor-consultancy staff of Princess Alexandra Hospital saved the lives of our beautiful daughter, Claire, and her new-born daughter, baby Watts, following a traumatic delivery on April 19.

The staff were superbly professional and at the same time considerate and sympathetic towards Claire during and after her ordeal.

The baby needed round-the-clock attention for a number of days following birth but is now doing well thanks, once again, to the hospital's dedicated staff.

Sandra and James Purchese, Baldocks Road, Theydon Bois.
