THE Great British Circus may not be returning to Waltham Forest but it is coming to neighbouring Redbridge.
The Great British Circus has, however, been giving out posters and vouchers to shops and businesses in Leytonstone to promote the event.
This circus, unlike the majority of circuses, still uses wild animals as part of the "entertainment".
It is disgraceful that wild animals such as lions and tigers are being kept as circus exhibits and are taken around the country in conditions completely unsuitable for them.
People who are thinking of attending the circus may wish to consider that by going to the circus, they are supporting that.
I hope everyone will boycott the circus for the sake of the animals.
