AFTER two months of problems with my sister’s carers from Leonard Cheshire Disability (LCD), I would now like to thank them for the changes which have been made.

All the staff at the Chingford office have been put under great stress in receiving complaints, with me being the biggest thorn in their side, I think.

They had teething problems when they first took over –not all their fault – but with patience and time everything is now much better.

I have a good relationship with all the staff at LCD in Chingford and am sure I will not be making any more complaints.

For anyone else who is still having problems, I would say make sure you speak to the right people and they will address your issues.
