Car park staff should be more vigilant

In response to the story last week about the woman fined for over-staying in a customer car park ('Homebase fined me for spending too long in the store').

This woman was fined for staying for 90 minutes while she shopped, but I would like to know where the ticketing staff were when my son's car was broken into?

He's a carpenter and had more than £2,000 of tools stolen from his van last week when he parked there to go into Homebase for five minutes to pick up some garden furniture. That is his livelihood.

This person walking around fining people should be more alert as to what is going on in the car park.
