Is Blunts Farm out to ruin green belt?

WHY is Blunts Farm Estate so determined to ruin the Metropolitan Green Belt in Theydon Bois?

First they purchase some highly attractive, rolling farm land. Then, using the ruse of constructing a golf course, they make great profits from tipping millions of cubic metres of spoil’ on it.

When finally forced to cease dumping they now say that they do not intend to complete their “championship” course.

An article in the Guardian (July 31 edition) explains they are now seeking to profit from a car park and cover a large part of this Green Belt land with tarmac.

Currently they appear to be constructing a motocross course on the land (see photograph) to race motorcycles on it!

Is this Greenbeltphobia or just corporate greed?
