• Leyton Orient open the scoring in the first half when David Mooney tapped in after his header rebounded off the post. 

• Carlisle equalise through a Peter Murphy header but Ben Chorley nets within a minute to make it 2-1 to Orient. 

• The visitors added a third goal before the break when Lee Cook tapped in from Kevin Lisbie's pass. It was 4-1 when Mooney smashed in his second of the match just before half-time.
