Megan Summers secured a new Essex county time at the Rushmoor Royals meet.
The swimmer achieved a personal best in the 800m freestyle, beating her previous personal best by 14 seconds.
There was yet more success in the pool as Holly Taylor also secured an Essex county time in the 800m freestyle.
Jeremy Nockels also put in an impressive display in the 1500m as he improved on his PB by 32 seconds.
Nockels said: "As sickness forced me to withdraw from the 1500m in the 2012 London Champs five months ago, it was good to swim a time that would have put me in second place."
