Out-of-favour West Ham midfielder, Alou Diarra, could be on his way to Germany.
Reports claim that Bundesliga strugglers, Hoffenheim, are interested in the 31-year-old.
The France international has played more than 40 times for his country but has managed only two appearances so far this season for West Ham.
Diarra told French newspaper L'Equipe that his move to east London had been a waste of time but Hammers boss Sam Allardyce has said he will hold talks with the frustrated player.
Hoffenheim currently sit in the relegation zone and are manager-less after sacking ex-Liverpool player Markus Babbel.
