Woodford Golf Club’s old guard came up trumps in soggy conditions at the February Medals on Saturday.
Michael Everitt again showed why he is the current club champion by holding off his pretenders in Division One.
He collected 36 stableford points, with runner-up Nick Rowe not far behind on 33 points.
Bill Tyzack was a point behind Rowe in third place.
Kevin Williamson consolidated his hold on 2013 Division Two medals by capturing the February prize after his narrow success in January.
Williamson collected 36 points, three ahead of second-placed Brian Holmes.
There was a three-way tie for third place on 31 points with the honours on a count-back going to Phil Gauci, who finished just ahead of Les Curtis and Steve Bland.
