Waltham Forest Diving Club came away with two medals at the Surrey Championships in Guildford last Saturday.
Adam Abbott struck gold in the 15 to 17 age group and Lizzie Mason achieved a second-place finish in her nine to 11 age category.
Forest also took three other divers to the event, with Amelia Martin finishing fifth in the 9 to 11 age group and in the girls’ 13 to 15 competition Laura Bracegirdle and Claire Dooley came fifth and ninth respectively.
