Woodford Green with Essex Ladies' Shana Cox won gold in the women's 4x400m relay at the European Indoor Championships in Gothenburg.
Cox joined Perri Shakes-Drayton, Eilidh Child and Olympic silver medallist Christine Ohuruogu to record a new national record of 3 minutes 27.56 seconds.
Cox, who had earlier placed sixth in the individual 400m final with a time of 53.15 secs ran the second leg in 52.2 seconds.
The quartet finished 22 seconds ahead of the Russians in second while the Czech Republic took the bronze.
