Teenagers from Waltham Forest Diving Club took the first four places out of 22 at the Peter Waterfield Competition in Southampton recently.
Forest's competitors, aged 13 to 15, were competing on the 1m and 3m springboards against larger regional clubs.
The girls performed impressively on the day as Millie Mason claimed gold, Marianne Capes won silver and Claire Dooley bagged bronze before Lauren Carter came fourth.
Meanwhile Xavier Chocken came fifth from 19 in the boy’s competition.
