Chelsea striker Demba Ba looks set to reject the chance to rejoin West Ham United and will stay with the Blues in January.

The 28-year-old has made 11 appearances under Jose Mourinho this season but has started two matches.

Mourinho is reportedly keen to bring another striker to Stamford Bridge in January given Ba, Fernando Torres and Samuel Eto'o have netted just four Premier League between them this season.

But, according to Express Sport, Roman Abramovich will not fund a deal for another forward and that would mean Ba is unlikely to leave Chelsea.
