Old Loughtonians ladies emerged from the East and National Indoor qualifier as champions after two days of action in Cambridge.
The first match against a strong Holcombe side was due to be a testing one and Holcombe started brightly and took an early lead.
Loughts had to respond in the second half and an early equaliser was followed by a winner a few minutes from time as they took advantage of a green card and immediately went to five outfield.
A tap-in from Danni Haynes meant Loughts took a crucial three points before further victories followed against Upminster and Maidstone as the ladies went top of their group with maximum points.
Alice Wills and Hannah Bloy dominated matches with their close control and forward runs but the whole team contributed.
On Sunday, an early victory over West Herts was followed by a tough finish.
With the Loughts corners below par, Cambridge City took a 2-0 lead with ten minutes to go.
However, a penalty stroke from Miranda Weeks and a counter-attack goal from Alice Wills saw the Chigwell side claim the draw that won the competition.
