West Ham United will attempt to put a miserable week behind them when they travel to Cardiff City this weekend in the Premier League.
The Hammers were thrashed 5-0 at Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup before a 6-0 mauling at Manchester City in the Capital One Cup semi-final.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer won his first game in charge of Cardiff last weekend and this is his first home match since being appointed their new manager.
