Buckhurst Hill pulled off a remarkable comeback to beat Epsom 12-8 in East Division One on Saturday.
Bucks backed up their superb win at table-toppers Reading last week with another victory which means they are now second in the league, two points off the top.
Fifth-placed Epsom started strong and surged into a 5-1 lead.
Bucks were not to be discouraged however and with Jonny McGee scoring from a powerful shot and captain Chris Merritt starting to dominate at the face-off, giving the away team more possession the visitors reduced the gap to 6-3 at half-time.
The comeback continued in the second half. Robin Allen was proving a real threat in front of goal while James Alawi added some good goals to his hard running in midfield.
Keeper Bent Stowe was in also in excellent form, keeping a clean sheet in the third quarter and helping Bucks take a 7-6 lead.
Bucks never looked back as Alawi took his personal tally to five and Allen finished a fast-flowing team move to give Bucks an impressive win.
Bucks take on Spencer in the Eastern Flags Plate semi-finals on Saturday.
