West Ham could be lining up a late transfer window swoop for Max Gradel, it is claimed.
Sky Sports is reporting the winger has turned down the possibility of a return to former club Leeds United and Hull City as he favours a move to Upton Park.
The Ivory Coast international moved to St Etienne in 2011 from Elland Road but he has struggled to earn a regular place in the French side’s line-up over the past two seasons.
Manager Christophe Galtier confirmed the 26-year-old would be allowed to leave earlier this month due to other options in his squad and the player’s need for game time ahead of the World Cup.
