West Ham are reportedly in advanced talks to sign Pablo Armero from Napoli on deadline day.
Sam Allardyce has moved for the Colombian defender after Joey O’Brien suffered a dislocated shoulder in the goalless draw at Chelsea earlier this week which may rule him out for the rest of the season.
The Serie A club are said to have a deal in place for Faouzi Ghoulam, clearing the way for Armero to move to Upton Park.
The 27-year-old had looked set to join AC Milan on loan earlier this month, but the move fell through when Kevin Constant rejected a move in the opposite direction.
