Leyton Orient boss Russell Slade was unhappy with several decisions by referee Dean Whitestone in their 1-1 draw at Preston.

The O's led through Mathieu Baudry's goal but a Joe Garner penalty salvaged a Preston point. Baudry was penalised for a challenge on Craig Davies but Slade insisted the home forward dived to win the spot kick.

When asked if it was a point gained, Slade said: "No not at all. We took the lead and Preston have got back in the game from a penalty situation which for me I thought was an excellent dive. I'm immensely unhappy with the decision."

Slade was also aggrieved that Preston keeper Declan Rudd was not dismissed in the second half for handling a Romain Vincelot shot outside his area.

The Orient boss said: "He's three or four metres outside his box and he's got a very strong arm on it so that's another disappointing decision because that's a player that could have been sent off."
