Leyton Orient v Colchester United preview
Leyton Orient will attempt to stay top of League 1 this weekend when they entertain rivals Colchester United.
Russell Slade's side have returned to the summit after picking up seven points from their last three matches.
The O's boss has a virtually full strength squad to choose from with goalkeeper Jamie Jones remaining the only long term injury.
Slade is adamant this is his only concern is their next challenge rather than worrying about how nearest rivals Brentford and Wolves fare.
He said: “Wolves got a good result there so it will be all about Brentford bouncing back which they’ve not had to do for a while. You can’t control it so there was no point having a preference on the result. What will be will be.
"All I can do is control the controllables. It’s all about us getting the next win which is this weekend so our full concentration will just go onto Colchester. It’s another important game. Every match has that little bit more importance added.”
Colchester have not won in their last four matches and are still far from safe sitting only three points above the relegation zone.
Orient will be aiming to complete a double over Colchester after goals from Kevin Lisbie and David Mooney fired them to a 2-1 away win.
