Premier Division

Table toppers Southminster St Leonards had their lead at the top of the Essex Olympian Premier Division cut to three points on Saturday, losing 2-1 at Newbury Forest. Tom Prendergast and Toch Singh got Forest's goals, Grieg Taylor scored Southminster's consolation.

Second place Frenford Senior won 4-1 at Manford Way with goals coming from Joe McAvoy, Jon Wightman, Greg Thompson and Jack Darby. Jamie Lovell got Manford Way's goal.

Bishops Stortford Swifts beat lowly Harold Wood Athletic 3-1 with with a brace from Anthony James and another from Charlie Pollard.

Chris Muir marked his 100th appearance for Kelvedon by scoring in their 4-0 victory over Buckhurst Hill. James Burt grabbed a brace, with Jake Marsh also getting among the goals.

Harold Hill recorded a rare win in emphatic style, responding to Danny Gillard’s goal for May & Baker E.C. with five of their own. Roddy Lemba scored three, with Jamie Hughes and Ricky Reid also weighing in.

Wadham Lodge drew 1-1 with Rayleigh Town, ending a run of five straight defeats. Bobby Dweyne scored Wadham Lodge’s goal.

Division One

Leigh Ramblers remain top after winning their showdown with second placed Hutton; Seb Allen, Andy Collins, Ryan Lowe and Max Corrigan scoring in a 4-0 victory.

Canning Town strengthered their promotion bid with an 8-0 hammering of Benfleet. Paul Saunders got four, Carl Mullins two, and there were goals for Ryan Kashman and Nick Wilson.

Old Barkabbeyans are in a relegation battle after losing 2-1 at Newham United. John Offei and Aron Scott scored Newham's goals.

Old Chelmsfordians’s 3-0 win at Westhamians took them off the bottom, closing the gap on the teams above them.

Ryan Archer scored the Herongate Athletic goal in a 3-1 home defeat to Galleywood that saw them drop to the foot of the table. Matt Ridley, Tom Lakin and Connor Goldstone got the Galleywood goals.

Old Southendian took three points with a 2-0 win at Springfield thanks to strikes from David Tubbs and Matt Wilson.

Division Two

Ongar Town won promotion with a 2-1 win over second placed Shenfield AFC. Ben Polley and Niki Love grabbed the goals, leaving Ongar one win away from also securing the Division Two title. Sam Lock was Shenfield's goalscorer.

Runwell Hospital lost their encounter with Ryan 3-2, helping Ryan out the drop zone in the process. Daniel Kika, Samuel Nyame and Reece Capleton scored Ryan's goals.

Marcus Bowyers, Alex Smith and Chris Charlery all scored for Basildon Town in their 3-1 win over Roydon, Mo Benzid netting the solitary Roydon goal.

Toby moved up to sixth after beating Debden Sports 4-0.

Division Three

Rochford Town won a nine-goal thriller at LOASS 6-3. Mark Pope got a brace, with Nathan Dewberry, Jamie Salmon, Dean Hagger and Daniel Barrington all scoring to keep Rochford top. Aaron Sommers scored twice and Mason Stavri once for LOASS.

Snaresbrook’s 2-1 win at Epping kept them second and two points off top spot. David Tesfay and Junior Dentele scored Snaresbrook's goals, Chris Wright notching one for Epping.

Alemite Athletic thrashed basement boys Leytonstone United 7-1. Jack Hayter bagged a treble, with Danny Coombs, Lewis Coomber, Ricky Cook and Lewis Whitnall adding further strikes. Leytonstone's consolation came via Adam Adewole.

Ramsden Scotia ended Sungate’s eight-game unbeaten run with a solitary Dave Hollis goal.

Perry Green scored for Forest Glade in their 1-1 draw with Stambridge United.
