West Ham midfielder Ravel Morrison, currently on loan at Queens Park Rangers, has been named the Championship's Player of the Month for March.
Morrison, 21, scored five times in eight games in March to scoop the award, beating off competition from Watford striker Troy Deeney, Ipswich defender Christophe Berra and Bournemouth full-back Simon Francis.
England Under-21 international Morrison has helped get Rangers' promotion bid back on track, playing his part in four wins and a draw for Harry Redknapp's side in March.
Speaking to the Football League website, Redknapp spoke highly of the former Manchester United mifielder.
"He is a kid with amazing football ability. It would be a real waste if he doesn't become a top England player of the future.
"He's been good on the pitch and good off the pitch as well. He's been great around the place and not a minute's problem," said Redknapp.
