West Ham United keeper Sam Howes has been called into the England Under-17 squad for their European Championship campaign.

Howes has already played 20 times for the West Ham Under-18s this season and will be hoping to add to his two caps at Under-17 level.

England's campaign starts on May 9 when they take on hosts Malta at the National Stadium in Ta'Qali.

The team will then face Turkey at Gozo three days later, before the final group game pits them against the Netherlands in Paola on May 15.
