The Essex based United Karate Association squad again topped the medals table at the Karate Sport England championships.
Against strong opposition from teams across the country, UKA coaches Ian Cuthbert and Julia Heenan saw their athletes win a total of 16 golds, 12 silver and 14 bronze medals.
Dan Cuthbert - son of Ian - won the men's Under-75kg event and lead his team to gold in the men's team rotation event along with Mike Cormack and Phil Patrick.
The men's team will take an 18-strong squad to Iguazu Falls in Brazil in two week’s time to represent England at the International Karate Union World Senior Championships.
UKA boast clubs all across Essex and East London.
