Leyton Orient midfielder Lloyd James has agreed a new two-year contract with the club.

James was out of contract this summer but has penned a deal to remain with the League 1 side.

The former Southampton midfielder made 53 appearances for the O's this season and played the entire play-off final at Wembley on Sunday.

James scored five goals during the campaign in his best season for the club.

Manager Russell Slade wants to keep the nucleus of his squad together as Orient look to mount another promotion challenge next season.
