West Ham United have failed to agree a contract with soon-to-be-free-agent Joleon Lescott, according to the Daily Mirror.
Lescott, 31, will leave Manchester City when his contract expires at the end of June and the Hammers had been keen on the England defender.
In January, West Ham tried to tempt the former Everton and Wolves centre-half to Upton Park but were unsuccessful.
Birmingham-born Lescott has now turned down the Irons' advances and is understood to be subject of interest from newly-promoted Queens Park Rangers.
