Only four of the 22 teams that will race through west Essex and East London in the third stage of the Tour de France a week today have still to confirm their full nine-rider line-ups.

We have already reported the squads for ten of the teams and further eight have now revealed who will be at the start line in Leeds on Saturday.

Among the star names to be confirmed are one of the biggest threats to Chris Froome’s hopes of defending his crown, former champion Alberto Contador, and the winner of the green points jersey for the past two years, Peter Sagan.
