West Ham are eyeing up Cardiff City full-backs Fábio da Silvia and Declan John as Sam Allardyce looks to bolster his defence, according to the Daily Mail.
Discussions have occurred to possibly bring in the Cardiff duo to challenge left-back, Aaron Cresswell, who signed from Championship side Ipswich Town earlier in the summer.
Fábio, 24, signed for the Bluebirds from Manchester United in January, and John, 19, has come through the club's youth system.
Brazilian international Fabio made 13 Premier League appearances for City last season as they were relegated from the Premier League under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Merthyr-born John made 16 top-flight starts last term, with a further four appearances coming from the bench for the South Wales outfit.
Hammers boss Allardyce is keen to add more depth in the full-back positions after losing George McCartney, Matty Taylor and Pablo Armero at the end of last season.
