Waltham Forest have continued their preparations for life in the Essex Senior League by signing 18 players.

Relegated from Ryman Division One North last season, the Stags have undergone drastic personnel changes ahead of their maiden season at the lower level.

Tony Iyaki has returned to the club after playing for them at the end of the 2013/14 season, whilst Under-21s Michael Adeyemi, Sonny James and Saul Cameron have all moved up to the senior side.

After spending a season at Cheshunt, Aaron Beckles joins the Stags alongside Nuno Nunes of Kent FC.

Forward Kaleb King has signed after most recently playing for Camden Sunday League champions Cobden Athletic. Wing-back Zeby Cole joins from Bedford Town, while Maamoon Khan is another new arrival from Waltham Abbey.

Junior Britto, Claudio Jose and Errol Ozkumru all join after graduating from the Boreham Wood PASE scheme. Meanwhile, Jack Bell makes the step up from youth football after playing for Chigwell Boys last season.

Moses Ola joins the team after making the switch from Euro Dagenham and Ali Shikheey arrives after previously playing for London Bari and Sporting Bengal United.

Scorer in the friendly defeat against Dumlupinar TSK, Jamie Gallagher is joined by Mehmet Cem and Jon Sexton.

Forest slipped to a 3-2 defeat at home to Welwyn Garden City having taken the lead through a Enoche Arbaut penalty.

Visitors Welwyn levelled before ex-Stag Marvin Samuels marked his return by putting the hosts back in front. But Welwyn netted twice without reply to claim the win.
