Striker Chris Dagnall makes his first start of the season for Leyton Orient in tonight's televised Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie at holders Peterborough United.

Goalkeeper Gary Woods and Shane Lowry return to the side after helping the O's shock Aston Villa in the Capital One Cup last week.

Jay Simpson missed the tie, which pitted last season's play-off semi-finalists against each other, after his wife went into labour.

There were places on the bench for summer signings Darius Henderson and Jobi McAnuff.

Leyton Orient: Woods; Cuthbert, Clarke, Baudry, Lowry; Pritchard, James, Vincelot, Bartley; Mooney, Dagnall

Subs: Legzdins, McAnuff, Lee, Henderson, Ling
