Kelvedon Hatch are the new leaders of the Premier Division after they gained all the spoils at Bishops Stortford Swifts.

Swifts had started Saturday at the top but found their opponents a tougher nut to crack and where sunk by a Mike Daniels brace, while Lee Cody scored Kelvedon’s other goal. Anthony James scored for Swifts.

Hannakins Farm sit in second after they overcome Manford Way 4-2.

Elliot Vile and Alex Kasparian scored in the first-half, while Chris Howard and Luke Skinner add further goals after the break. Joe Moffatt and Gavin Toussaint were on target for Manford.

Wadham Lodge followed up their 5-0 mauling of Buckhurst Hill with another victory by the same scoreline.

This time Springfield were the victims as Charlie Georgiou (2), Eric Palmer, Reece Cosson and Janel Alexander netted. Lodge also kept a third clean sheet in a row and are now third in the table.

Lee Samways earned Frenford Senior all the points as he scored the only goal in the win against Buckhurst Hill.

Rayleigh Town finally posted their first win of the season after they beat Newham United 3-1.

Former Millwall player Neil Harris got among the Rayleigh goals alongside efforts from James Morkunas and Chris Lewis. Sam McCarthy scored Newham's consolation.

James Clarke scored but May & Baker E.C. slipped to the foot of the table after losing 2-1 at Harold Wood Athletic, for whom Brad Foley and Sean Crossley netted.

Senior Division Cup

FC Hamlets POAPC caused a shock on Saturday when they travelled to Division Two leaders Basildon Town and came away with a 3-2 victory.

A John Gilroy brace and Ashley King eased the Division Three high-flyers into the next round and cancelled out Marcus Bowers' brace.

Max Corrigan and a Jack O’Connor penalty gave Leigh Ramblers a 2-0 lead over Rochford Town but it's Town who went through to the next round as they battled back to run out 4-2 winners.

Ryan Lancaster (2), Lee Turner and Mark Pope scored for Rochford, with three of their goals coming in the last ten minutes.

Southend Sports had a tight battle with Hutton and had several close chances against the Division One side.

However Hutton finally broke the deadlock in the final five minutes when Chris Rowlett scored to earn a 1-0 victory.

Canning Town’s Cosmin Loga scored twice with James Foy also getting a double for Catholic United, who progressed after Craig Roberts fired home the winner.

Upminster also gained passage into the next round after they come away from Epping with a 3-2 victory.

Ronnie Coules (2) and Gary Nichols were on target for the victors, with Josh Gibson and Jake Clarke replying.

Jo Young scored for Stambridge United but once again they showed their frailties at the back and conceded four goals at Toby through Charlie Legg (2), Des Gallen and Ryan Morgan.

Billy Field, James Braithwaite and Dave King fired Benfleet into the next round at the expense of Debden Sports, for whom James Hosier netted in his side's 3-1 exit.

Aaron Rix fired a hat-trick for Runwell Hospital, who eliminated Harold Hill with a 5-1 win.

Billy Smith also gets on the scoresheet for Runwell, with their opponents' consolation coming via an own goal.

Jamie Brown and Daryl Cooper were on target as White Ensign beat Ramsden Scotia 2-0, while LOASS are also through after Michael Ryder and Milosz Kwolek gave them a 2-1 victory at Herongate Athletic. Brad Camm scored for Athletic.

A Chris Carr brace and Glen Jordan's single enabled Lakeside to see off Galleywood by the odd goal in five after Craig Wilson and Mark Rayner responded.

Old Southendian progressed after a 2-0 home win over Shenfield AFC, Aaron Thomas netted for Sungate but they were knocked out 3-1 by Old Chelmsfordians and Ongar Town's interest in the competition was ended by a 4-1 defeat against Forest Glade.
