West Ham United may make a shock move to bring out-of-favour Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Roger Johnson back to the club, according to the Daily Mail.
Johnson, 31, had an unsuccessful loan spell at the Hammers last year but manager Sam Allardyce is reportedly keen on the former Wycombe Wanderers and Birmingham City defender as a short-term option.
The central defender has dropped further down the pecking order under Wolves boss Kenny Jackett therefore the former Hammers loanee could be available on a cut-price deal.
He has not featured for Wolves this term, meaning his last first-team appearance came in West Ham's 2-1 win at Sunderland in March.
