Dean Cox left it late to snatch the points for Orient: Simon O'Connor
Leyton Orient climbed off the bottom of League One after a dramatic 3-2 win at Chesterfield on Saturday.
The O's appeared to be heading for a point until Dean Cox scored an 101st minute winner.
It was Fabio Liverani's first win in 2015 and gave Orient a lifeline in their bid to avoid relegation.
