Woodford Green with Essex Ladies' Sam Watts won his first 100m race of the season in a wind-aided best time in Texas.
Watts' time of 10.32 (+2.7) in his first 100m run-out of the season, having finished second in the 200m at Waco at the Baylor Invitational in a time of 20.83 (+3.1).
Shana Cox raced at Fayetteville, and over 200m was second in 23.59 (+1.2), also scooping second over 400m with 52.96. The previous weekend at Gainsville, Cox had recorded a time of 52.50.
Under-20 800m athlete Daniel Rowden came second in a personal best time in the 400m at the Lee Valley Open on Saturday in 49.24.
Training partner Canaan Soloman, an Under-17, also raced over 400m and had a comfortable victory in the 'B' race where he too recorded a personal best of 49.91.
At the same meeting Sylvia Cruz won the women's javelin with 52.35m and in the Under-15 event Victoria Cuthbert threw 16.27m.
Under-20 Anna Clark was close to her best over 800m with 2.14.97, while Under-13 Ella Wiful reached 3.39m in the long jump.
