Leyton Orient are clinging on to their League One status after a 1-1 draw at home to Sheffield United on Saturday.
The O's looked on course for a much-needed three points after Mathieu Baudry headed them in front in the 71st minute.
But Orient failed to hold onto the lead for long as Bob Harris hit a deflected in for the Blades' equaliser.
It leaves Fabio Liverani's side third bottom of the table heading into the final weekend.
The O's must win at Swindon Town but are also reliant on Colchester picking up no more than three points from their remaining two games and also Crawley and Notts County failing to win.
