Woodford Golf Club exit Thornton Challenge Cup
Woodford Golf Club were knocked out of the Thornton Challenge Cup by Canons Brook in a second round golf tournament on Sunday.
A strong Harlow team captured the morning foursomes by 3.5-1.5 points and did a similar demolition job in the afternoon singles with a 7-3 win to eliminate the home team by 10.5-4.5 points.
