West Ham United have announced an experimental team to face FC Lusitans in Thursday's UEFA Europa League first round qualifying tie.

Acadamy manager Terry Westley, who is taking charge of the squad for this tie whilst new boss Sleven Bilic trains with the rest of the first team in Ireland, announced the side during his pre-match press conference and the club have announced it via Twitter.

Notable names include James Tomkins, who will captain the side, as well as Joey O’Brien, Morgan Amalfitano, Diego Poyet, Diafra Sakho and Matt Jarvis.

Academy prospects Lewis Page and Reece Oxford also make the starting XI.

The Hammers will line up as follows: Randolph; O’Brien, Tomkins (c), Burke, Page; Amalfitano, Poyet, Oxford, Jarvis; Sakho, Zarate.
