West Ham United are hoping that Carl Jenkinson, who enjoyed a successful loan spell at the club last season, may return for the new Premier League campaign.
Jenkinson’s parent club Arsenal are said to be happy to allow the player to leave on a season-long loan once more.
The former Charlton Athletic youngster is third in the pecking order for Arsenal’s right back slot, behind both Mathieu Debuchy and Hector Bellerin, according to the Daily Mail.
The England international, 23, played a key role last season at Upton Park and was impressive in his 32 appearances for the Hammers.
