Waltham Forest will kick off their FA Cup adventure with a home tie against Spartan South Midlands Premier Division outfit St Margaretsbury.

The Stags have been drawn at home in the extra preliminary round of the world's oldest knock-out competition, which will take place on Saturday, August 15.

Progress will guarantee the winners a prize of £1,500 and a place in preliminary round draw against AFC Hornchurch of the Isthmian Division One North.

Ties are scheduled to be played on Saturday, August 29, with £1,925 in prize money.

Isthmian Division One North side Redbridge enter in the preliminary round and will host divisional rivals Heybridge Swifts for a place in the first qualifying round.

Waltham Abbey also begin their FA Cup campaign at the same stage by travelling to the winner of Welwyn Garden City v Haverhill Borough.

In the FA Trophy preliminary round, Redbridge will travel to Arlesey Town of the Southern League Division One Central. Meanwhile, Waltham Abbey go to Isthmian Division One North rivals Dereham Town.

The ties are scheduled for Saturday, October 3 and there is £2,500 in prize money to be won.

Should they advance, the Motormen will face either Corinthian Casuals or Three Bridges in the first qualifying round on Saturday, October 31.

Chalfont St Peter or Beaconsfield SYCOB will lie in wait for Waltham Abbey if they progress. Prize money is £2,700 is also up for grabs for the victor.

In the FA Vase second qualifying round, Waltham Forest play host to either Welwyn Garden City or Haverhill Borough on Saturday, October 3, with the winners scooping £800 and a place in the first round proper.
