Leyton Orient midfielder Jobi McAnuff helped Jamaica reach the Gold Cup semi-finals for the first time in 20 years.
The Reggae Boyz extended their run in the competition after a 1-0 victory over Haiti in Baltimore on Saturday night.
It means Jamaica will now face defending champions USA in Wednesday's semi-final at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
