Leyton Orient midfielder Jobi McAnuff helped Jamaica defeat the United States 2-1 to reach their first Gold Cup final.
The Reggae Boyz were big underdogs against the hosts but goals from Darren Mattocks and Giles Barnes shocked USA. Michael Bradley pulled one back but Jamaica held on to clinch a famous victory.
McAnuff, who has played in every match of this year's competition, will hope to feature in Monday's final against Mexico.
