Debden Sports were also knocked out, with Rochford Town 3-1 victors.
Mark Pope, Matthew Smith and Christian Seymour fired Rochford Town into the next round.
Juan Martin-Zamora scored for Roydon in their 4-1 defeat at the hands of Old Chelmsfordians.
Ryan Baxter (2), Marti Cullum and Joseph Wright did the damage at the other end for Old Chelmsfordians.
East Londoners beat Snaresbrook 3-2, Ryan won 4-0 at Epping and Ongar Town ended Stambridge United’s interest in the competition with a 2-0 away win.
