Inter Plaistow routed St Francis Reserves 7-2 with Mason Brown (2), Samuel Garrett (2), Danny Vass (2) and Jason O'Hare scoring.
Chingford Athletic Reserves won 5-0 at Flyers Reserves with Josh Trainor (2) and Michael Boahene (2) both on target.
Northend beat Custom House 2-1 thanks to Ryan Leddra and Ross Williams.
